Fearless blonde actress Sylvia Miles’s long and flashy career is synonymous with New York City. She was born and raised in Greenwich Village to parents who were furniture makers. After finishing high school, she studied acting at the famed Actor’s Studio in Hell’s Kitchen. She got her start when she met Gerald Price, a New York stage actor, who encouraged her to work in the theater (and then later married her). After appearing in a Tennessee Williams play, she was hooked and never looked back. Her signature roles as hard-boiled carnal women have been in gritty New Yawk stories such as Murder, Inc. (1960), Midnight Cowboy (1969), and Andy Warhol’s Heat (1972). Miles can play a chippie with a chip on her shoulder better than any other Oscar-nominated broad around. And like a city where possibilities never sleep, when Sylvia drops her chip, her bra and panties might fall right along with it.

Sylvia looks good in her undies early on in Midnight Cowboy (1969). While chatting with Jon Voight, she runs around the room getting dressed, showing plenty of skin in her bra and panties. In the same movie, we see the bra and panties come off as she gets naked and gets her freak on with a lucky guy. As they run to the bedroom, Sylvia’s bare ass jiggles while she giggles. Ms. Mile’s full-frontal turn in The Sentinel (1977) will have your hands going down on the range to handle the cowboy in your pants. During a crazy dream sequence, Sylvia runs around naked then plays the cymbals. Forget the music, her rack, bush, and butt are the stars of this show. We last saw her naughty bits in The Funhouse (1981) when a guy dressed as the Frankenstein monster rips her shirt off and exposes her left titty. Ms. Mile’s career has slowed down in recent years, so we don’t know what the future holds, but her past has enough skintastic moments to keep your attention for years to come!
